Warranty & Maintenance

Do you provide warranty for your products?

Yes! we provide 1 year warranty for all our 3D printers apart from wear and tear parts, please read the warranty/maintenance policy for more information

What is included in the warranty?

In a nutshell, all the parts that aren't subject to wear and tear, such as mainboards, display screens, fans, spool holders, etc.

Nozzles, PTFE, extruder gears for example are not eligible for warranty since they are wear and tear parts, just like car tires

We at CrealityUAE always align ourselves with our clients' interests, we will always do our best to save our clients as much hassle and expenses possible

Is manpower (service time) chargeable during warranty?

Manpower is not included in the warranty, we charge per hour and our rates are fair and minimal, please note that our average time spend is 1-2 hours per machine, might be more or less depending on the situation, kindly check our maintenance and manpower charges from this page

How long will my 3D printer stay at the service center?

It really depends! our average lead time is 2-4 days, however, if the parts are unavailable and we need to source them from Creality, it would take longer depending on how long the shipping takes and the part's availability at the OEM

Do I have to bring the machine myself or can you deliver it to your service center?

You don't have to lift a finger! our courier can pick up the machine and bring it to our service center, only downside is the added time since the courier will deliver the machine one day after pick-up (or 3-4 business days if the your location is remote), however, kindly pack the machine well and securely as we cannot be responsible for damages in case of insecure packing, please refer to this page to book a ticket
