All our products are genuine Creality 3D products and imported directly from the factory. We try our best to keep our supply chain fluid and in order. However, the shipping time frames may be subject to changes due to various circumstances that may affect the work of the shipping lines. Although such situations are out of our control, we shall always try to provide our clients with suitable solutions that can be tailored case by case.
Delivery (Within UAE)
- All orders are shipped from our storage facilities in Dubai within 24 to 72 hours of you placing the order using using reliable and licensed 3rd party courier services.
- The delivery within the UAE may take from 24 to 72 hours based on the time of booking and the delivery location.
- Delivery charges may differ depending on location (remote or within city limits) and depending on the weight (Volumetric Weight) of the order
- Certain items may require tailored delivery solution which should be proposed to the client should they request such service.
- Orders are shipped with a tracking number so clients can track their shipments every step of the way!
- The delivery terms and conditions are back to back with the terms and conditions of the courier service provider. Therefore First Lines FZ LLC is not responsible for the delays that may be caused by the courier service's.
Local Pick-Up
- You can pick-up your order from our location in Jebal Ali Industrial 1 from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, if you have any questions or in need of further support to help you with the pick-up please contact our team, we will do our best!
- In case you would like to send someone for collection on your behalf, that is also possible, only kindly have them provide the buyer's name and order number, and provide our team's contacts for support
Shipping Machines for Maintenance
- If your 3D Printer needs maintenance, sending it to the service center is the best way to go, you can either drop-off the machine yourself or via a courier of your choosing, only kindly adhere to our working days and hours (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM),
- Or we can make the delivery on your behalf with the help of our courier, kindly make a booking through this link, choose according to the weight of your machine, and make sure to read the notes inside the product
